
Founder of Mothers Helpers and author of the Perinatal Depression Recovery programme Mothers Helpers offers, Kristina Paterson is the North Shore & Rodney group facilitator and is also available for individual sessions should clients prefer this. She has qualifications and 16 years experience in nursing and is a few months from completing her Masters in Social Work with Massey University – currently applying for her Provisional Registration with the Social Work Registration Board. In addition to this work, Kristina provides coaching and training to other professionals delivering this programme, she delivers the “Preparing for Parenthood” course and also specialises in working with children with challenging behaviours such as ADHD and Oppositional Defiance Disorder.
