1. Three-Part Video Series
Gain valuable insight from career and life coaches, maternal mental health social workers and counsellors who are experts in motherhood and the return-to-work journey. Each video is designed to address real challenges with practical strategies.

  • Part 2: New Routine * Exploring the common challenges mothers experience when returning to work including self-doubt, loss of confidence, changes in energy levels, the juggle between home and work, mother guilt inner expectations * How to address these challenges, reframe your view of yourself and come up with a plan (50 mins)

  • Part 3: New Needs * Identifying the needs you now have at work and at home and how to meet them, regulating your emotions, how to take care of yourself, your health and wellbeing, signs that your wellbeing is declining and what to do and where to go for more help (53 mins)

3. Regular Q&A Sessions with Experts

Price: $250

5% of every purchase is donated to Mothers Helpers, while the rest goes to support the humanitarian work Kristina Grace is doing in Romania working with disadvantaged mothers and children leaving domestic violence.
