Mothers Helpers aims to set up a home for pregnant teenage mums. The home will accommodate 4 young mothers and their babies once they are born. This home will be setup to:
- give support to an expecting mother in her teens as she is going through her pregnancy (minimum 3mths pregnant)
- give support once baby is born until mum feels confident to move on (maximum 6mths stay after baby’s birth)
- give support during adoption (should mum choose this option)
- provide life-skills, useful workshops, emotional support, practical support, resources and a sense of community in a safe environment
