I have lived in Auckland for past 15 years with my husband and two teenage daughters. I originally qualified as an Occupational Therapist in Cape Town, and after working in a few places around the world, settled in NZ and completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling in 2015. I worked for Mother’s Helpers as a student, and then worked in a college for a couple of years. Currently I am working on my masters. I use a client centre, wholistic approach, and adopt a variety of interventions, including mindfulness, interactive drawing therapy and CBT, with a particular interest in the impact of stress on the body, and stress management.
