The Benefits of Being in an Inclusive Community

In this episode registered Social Worker & counsellor Kristina Grace speaks with Elanor, an autistic woman who was not diagnosed until the age of 35. Elanor explains how reaching out for help and not being heard or taken seriously had an impact on her mental health. She identifies ways in which professions and the general community might be more inclusive, and where autistic people can find help.
